St Elizabeth’s historical Mental Institute Hospital

Perdomo performed the major asbestos abatement, Building demolition and site work for DC DGS of over 280,000 sft in short time.

During the bidding process, other bidders had expressed the impossible schedule which Perdomo didn’t flinch at of 12 weeks for abatement and demo.  Despite unforeseen conditions, Perdomo was able to demolish the building on time.
