Prior to any project, Perdomo will evaluate the recovery value of any possible salvage items in order to return the maximum value to its customers.

Perdomo has an extensive network of buyers for the resale of building components, and its own in-house salvage division which provides the best outcome for our clients on price as well as keeping up with the LEED requirements most projects have. On average, Perdomo recycles over 90% of all debris coming from its projects and 100% of metals.

When appropriate, Perdomo has established progressive payment schedules, developed revenue sharing agreements, and/or upfront lump-sum payments with customers.
