Memphis, TN – Perdomo Worldwide has completed the acquisition of the PMC Biogenix chemical plant in Memphis. As part of the project, Perdomo of NY will lead demolition, environmental remediation, and site preparation, ensuring the facility is safely positioned for future redevelopment.
The acquisition was executed in just 20 days—no contingencies, no delays, no re-trading—demonstrating Perdomo Worldwide’s ability to provide certainty even in complex environmental scenarios.
The scope of work for Perdomo of NY includes:
- Demolition of approximately 900,000 square feet of industrial structures
- Removal of over 2 million square feet of asphalt and concrete slabs
- Decommissioning and removal of 100+ large-scale tanks and process systems
